The sections which has been put in our Resume should contain the perfect information regarding that particular categories. By looking at that Resume one should know approximately every thing about that person whom that Resume belongs to. The Resume must be clean and Original one. Don't use photo copies. It will put bad impression at Interviewing time.
Here are the sections which has to be put in our Resume.
1. Contact section: Who are you and how can you be reached?
2. Objective statement: What do you want to do?
3. Education section: What have you learned?
4. Experience/Employment section: What can you do? What have you done?
5. Professional activities and accomplishments: How have you been recognized?
6. Miscellaneous: What else do they want to know about you?
These above mentioned categories are main things in Resume. Under these every sections you must keep proper information regarding that particular one. And sequence these sections according to what is important to the employer.
Here are some tips which should include in particular section.
1. Contact Information
In this section you should include your name , Address including street and house number and your contact number.
2. Career/Job Objective
This is recommended only for recent graduates or entry level personnel. Experience and professional job seekers rarely include it. This component of the resume can be very challenging to write. The purpose of the objective statement is to inform the reader of your career goals and qualifications. The statement should be written specifically enough to let the reader know that you have a focus to your job search. If you are considering a variety of objectives, you may want to relay the relevant objective in an accompanying cover letter.
3. Educational Qualifications
This section is most effective when you have experiences from your education that are impressive and/or directly relate to your objective. Adding this section is useful when you have developed skills and specific knowledge through your education rather than work experience. This section can be used to highlight coursework, research, or special knowledge that complements your objective. This information is useful in a resume of entry level candidates and recent graduates.
4. Employment or Experience Summary
A brief summary of qualifications can condense an extensive background by emphasizing experiences and accomplishments in brief phrases. The qualifications summary is accomplishment-oriented and provides an overview of your work experience. A summary is most appropriated for someone with substantial experience, for someone who is changing careers and wants to demonstrate transferable skills, or for someone with an eclectic background.
5. Professional Activities and Accomplishments
This part of your resume offers you the opportunity to provide insight into your career development. You should be selective and complete, listing such items as memberships in professional associations and offices held, professional registrations, honors received, and major articles or publications you have written. Do not list every article or every speech you may have given or every conference you have attended. Emphasize quality - this section of the resume should help you to demonstrate you are current and active in your profession.
6. Miscellaneous
This section covers the remaining things like hobbies, interests , strengths and goals etc. These are the main tips which we must concentrate on.

0 commentsHow to remember passwords for Websites
Here is one example:
- The first digit is the number of characters on the name of the website.
- The second digit is "c" is the number in the first step was odd, and "t" if it was even.
- The third digit is the last letter of the name of the website.
- The fourth digit is "$" if the letter in the previous step was a vowel, and "%" if it was a consonant.
- The last three digits are the first three letters of the name of the website.
Using this method above, your password on Twitter would be "7cr%twi" and on Facebook it would be "8tk%fac".
Once you start using this method to create your passwords you will be able to remember any password by applying it again. Obviously the important thing is to make sure no one knows what your algorithm is (and that the algorithm is slightly complex).
Are BPOs still a popular industry to build a career with?
Source TimesJobs.com
Talking on the topic of the BPOs current popularity and success rate in the market today, Suryaprakash Kukyan, the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at OPI Global, hosted a High Tea session with TimesJobs candidates.
Some highlights of his opinion and advice include:
"I would say BPO is a stable industry to work with not just in India but globally where such services are provided. Even when the global economy was on a down trend BPO industry did grow. So this industry is here to stay."
"Attrition itself tells us that there are opportunities in the market and in a global recesion the first thing that comes to mind of a CEO is to manage cost and that is where the additional work comes to countries where we can deliver cost effective and quality solution. Therefore recession cannot be the reason for some one to take back the work."
"Obama's statement will definitely have some impact from the company's who have taken stimulus money from the government, otherwise if you remember even five years back same topic was raised and the politician made the same statement we have grown multifold in outsourcing opportunities. Therefore it is not a threat."
"BPO jobs are not going out of style. BPO industry is here to stay and if make a educated decision on what type of a BPO sector you want to join then you can easily have a career growth."

0 commentsHow to reset the Master Password in Firefox
While the Master Password in Firefox is a useful security addition it can soon become a burden if you lost the password that you entered there. There is no way of simply looking into a file and copying your master password from it, would not make much sense at all to add a master password that could be looked up in a file.
The user who has forgotten his master password has basically only the choice to reset the password which unfortunately means that all login details will be lost in the process. The only other way that could bring a result would be a brute force attack. The success of the latter method depends on the password that you have chosen during setup of the master password.
Brute Force will most likely succeed if the master password consists of a existing word, words or names. It will not succeed in reasonable time if the user entered a random password with letters and numbers.
Reseting the Master Password in Firefox:
Open Firefox and paste the following line into the address bar:
chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul
A text will appear saying that if you reset your master password all login details including usernames, passwords and websites will be lost. If you click on Reset the master password is reset which means that you can enter a new one. Cancel would be the other option.

0 commentsHow to Block Websites
Block Websites using Windows HOSTS file
Windows HOSTS file can be used to completely deny access to a website from a computer. Here's how it can be done -
1. Locate the HOSTS file.
In Windows XP and Vista it is in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
In Windows 2000 C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\system32\drivers\etc\
In Windows 98 and ME it is in C:\WINDOWS\
2. Open it in Notepad and find the line 127.0.0.1 localhost at the bottom. Add the following lines below it.
127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com
127.0.0.1 facebook.com
127.0.0.1 www.orkut.com
127.0.0.1 orkut.com
The above lines will block facebook and orkut. Include sites with and without "www". Try all possible combinations for accessing the website and enter them in the list; for eg, to deny access to yahoo websites, see the list below.
127.0.0.1 www.yahoo.com
127.0.0.1 yahoo.com
127.0.0.1 in.yahoo.com (use your regional yahoo domain here like, "in" is for India, "mx" is for Mexico etc)
127.0.0.1 mail.yahoo.com
127.0.0.1 login.yahoo.com
3. Save the file.
This will block the entered sites from being accessed by any browser from your computer.
4. To restore access, just delete the lines.
Block Websites in Firefox
Firefox has a nice addon, BlockSite, which can be used to block sites. The obvious disadvantage is, it only works with Firefox. So if Firefox is the only browser installed in your machine, this should be enough.
Conclusion: The advantage of using the HOSTS file is its simplicity and no additional software is needed. As I said before, these methods can be circumvented. If you are very serious about this, consider using commercial third-party software.
Sites can also be blocked with OpenDNS, your router settings, or with third-party software. These are more advanced which I'll try to cover later.

0 comments7 Reasons to Read the Glorious Quran
It dares you to disprove it. How? It says that humans can not write a book like this even if they pooled all their resources together and got help also from the spirits. The Quran said this fourteen hundreds years ago and yet no one has been able to disprove it. Billions of books have been written - but not another one like the Quran.
(2) Incorruptible:
It is the only religious sacred writing which has been in circulation for such a long time and yet remains as pure as it was in the beginning. The Quran was kept intact. Nothing was added to it; nothing was changed in it; and nothing was taken away from it ever since it was completely revealed 1400 years ago.
(3) Unsurpassable:
The Quran is God's final revelation to humankind. God revealed the Torah to Moses, the Psalms to David, the Gospel to Jesus, and finally the Quran to Muhammad. Peace be upon all of them. No other book will come from God to surpass his final revelation.
(4) Indisputable:
The Quran withstands the test of time and scrutiny. No one can dispute the truth of this book. It speaks about past history and turns out right. It speaks about the future in prophecies and it turns out right. It mentions details of physical phenomena which were not known to people at the time; yet later scientific discoveries confirm that the Quran was right all along. Every other book needs to be revised to accord with modern knowledge. The Quran alone is never contradicted by a modern discovery.
(5) Your Roadmap for Life and Afterlife:
The Quran is the best guidebook on how to structure your life. No other book presents such a comprehensive system involving all aspects of human life and endeavor. The Quran also points out the way to secure everlasting happiness in the afterlife. It is your roadmap showing how to get to paradise.
(6) God's Gift of Guidance:
God has not left you alone. You were made for a reason. God tells you why he made you, what he demands from you, and what he has in store for you. If you operate a machine contrary to it's manufacture specification you will ruin that machine. What about you? Do you have an owner's manual for you? The Quran is from your function for success lest you fail to function. It is a healing mercy from God. It satisfies the soul, and cleans the heart. It removes doubts and brings peace.
(7) Your Calling Card to Communicate with God:
Humans are social creatures. We love to communicate with other intelligent life. The Quran tells us how to communicate with the source of all intelligence and the source of all life- the One God. The Quran tells us who God is, by what name we should address God, and the way in which to communicate with God. Are these not seven sufficient reasons for reading the Quran?
